Alaskan Salmon Bake

Kamp Ed Baked Salmon

1 1/2 lbs. salmon fillet, skin intact

3/4 cup mayonnaise

3 oz. Parmesan cheese

6 tablespoons minced green onions

3 tablespoons chopped fresh herbs (basil, dill, parsley, thyme)

2 tablespoons minced red bell pepper

juice of a lemon

salt

freshly ground pepper

cayenne pepper

Preheat oven to 350

mix may, Parmesan, green onion, herbs, bell pepper, lemon juice, salt, pepper, and cayenne in a bowl.

Spread over Salmon

Warm baking dish in oven for 20 minutes

Place Salmon skin side down on dish.

Bake for 20 minutes or until just flaky (don't overcook)

Salmon should be med-rare. Skin should be crispy and may be eaten or removed.
