Beer Bottle Beach (BBB)
Beer Bottle
Beach is a community beach for all cabin owners to enjoy and use. We ask that you please leave it as you found
it.The Porta-Potty and bathroom facilities are available for your use at any
time.
The
Beach/Pavilion is available for reservations on all days except major
holidays.
There
will be a $50 fee for Saturday and Sunday reservations.

Becker (lot #59) at: cbecker@jccompany.net with your reservation request. Please include your name, lot number, contact
name and phone number, and the date on which you are requesting. (You can also call or text her at 402-440-4700, to make
your reservation, but email is preferred for tracking and accuracy.)
For Gate
Code requests contact Joanne Bronson at: 402 944-2802 or email her at joanne@northlake.us.You should not be giving your
personal gate code out to your guests.

Rules
for BBB Cove
·
All
fires must be confined to the fire pit and the grill. You must provide your own firewood. The large logs around the pit are for
sitting, not burning.
·
Noise
must be controlled, especially after Midnight.
·
No skiing or tubingis allowed in Beer
Bottle Beach cove.
·
Skiers
should only enter the cove for the following reason:
o As a safety outlet.
o If you have the beach reserved.
o If you are a cabin owner or guest in
the cove area.
·
Pontoon Boats may travel slowly in the
cove but need to stay outside of the buoys unless parking.
·
Swimmers need to stay inside the buoy
area for safety measures.
·
Swimming is allowed beyond the buoy area if you are
on your boat and wish to jump into the lake to cool off or take a swim. You must display your orange flag to notify
other boaters there are people in the water.
You must stay within 25 feet of your boat. You are not allowed to swim across the cove
from the beach or your boat. Do not do
this near the cove entrance. Use caution if the beach is reserved as they and cove
cabin owners are allowed to pull skiers, tubers, etc. at faster than idle speed
in the cove. DO THIS AT YOUR OWN RISK
AND JUDGEMENT. BE SAFE!
